Weekly Tai Chi Class for all levels, beginner or advanced
Located in Aberystwyth Plascrug Leisure Centre, Ceredigion, SY23 1HL (click here for a map)
There is also a regular Tai Chi class on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 19:30 - 20:45, and it is recommended (but not essential) that students attend these classes to gain the most benefit.
