Weekly Tai Chi Class for all levels, beginner or advanced
Located in the Trinity Church Hall, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, SY23 1LT (click here for a map)
There are also regular evening Tai Chi classes at other locations in Aberystwyth on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, and students are very welcome to attend these classes to gain the most benefit.
